1. Supreme x True Grit Power Rack Set
Supreme finally dropped the True Grit power rack weight set for 4 thousand dollars and in classic Supreme fashion, it sold out instantly. I’m not gonna lie I wanted that shit so bad but I don’t have anywhere to put it so… in another life I guess. They also released this incredible commercial featuring powerlifter Tamara Walcott. It’s simplicity at its finest, which is a true testament to their creative prowess. Making simple, compelling creative is one of the most difficult things to pull off. It has to have been one of the better commercials I’ve seen in a while. It’s quintessential Supreme blending their absurd knack for creating outrageous accessories with effortless cool oozing throughout the way.
2. How Galaxy Gas Became the Defining High of the Brainrot Era
People aren’t just hitting Galaxy Gas for online gags—it’s increasingly showing up in real-life streets, particularly in Atlanta. Imyouski, a 22-year-old from the city, who, like others in this story, asked to be identified by a nickname to candidly discuss drug use, has done over 10 canisters and made a YouTube video about getting baked on Galaxy Gas. He told me it’s sold in all the local smoke shops. “It’s like an epidemic, all the young folks are on them,” he said. “It’s too obtainable, I could literally drive down the street right now and go grab me how many I want… One day, somebody’s gonna wanna see how high they can get off that, and they overdose.”
This is really a perfect encapsulation of our times, just the right amount of bleak and absurd.
3. The Gap comeback that might actually be working
Great summary and writeup of GAP’s monumental comeback, and the creative mind behind it: Zac Posen. GAP made 2 major moves, they hired Richard Dickson as CEO, and Dickson hired Zac Posen as Creative Director.
All it takes is 2 people folks…. 2 people can lead a revolution and revive a fossilized husk of a brand from life support. Read here.

Curious to see how this ends up translating into sales because based on past Beyoncé product collabs, it’s not great. Read about the partnership here.
